What Does this biopsy Test Result Mean?

my skin biopsy showed atypism of keratinocytes at the basement membrane adjacent to a focal erosion and underlying perivascular and perifollicular lymphohistiocytic inflammation. A number of plasmacytiod forms were also visualized also. Can you shed some light in this for me.

As per your biopsy report there is slight histological(tissue study) changes are there. You don't need to worry as it is non specific does not indicate any disease condition. Kindly consult a dermatologist for detailed evaluation.
